We DO NOT ship items to the following areas or postcodes, other than standard Royal Mail delivery

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch our orders between 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays).
You will be contacted in the event a product being out of stock. In order to minimise on carriage costs for the consumer, the complete order will be dispatched once all items are in stock.
“SPECIAL ORDER” items can normally be obtained very quickly, however, on the rare occasions there may be a delay, please allow an extra 5 – 10 working days.
STANDARD DELEIVERY FOR SMALL PARCELS
Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. Please allow between 3 to 5 working days
A delivery charge will be calculated and added to your order at the final checkout stage.
STANDARD DELIVERY FOR LARGER HEAVIER ITEMS
Where the weight of an order exceeds Royal Mail restrictions, we will use our courier service.
Our standard courier delivery time is 2 working days
A delivery charge will be calculated and added to your order at the final checkout stage.
Deliveries are usually made between 7.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday
When no one is available to accept the item the courier may try and deliver to a neighbour or to your local Post Office, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected.
PRODUCTS TOO LARGE FOR SHIPPING
Due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be shipped and are for Collection Only.
FREE COLLECTION
You have the option to collect your items free of charge from our Warehouse
LOST PARCELS
Royal Mail only considers parcels lost after 15 days. Although this is extremely unlikely, we are unable to lodge a claim with Royal Mail until this time has elapsed
ADDRESS PROVIDED
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify. It is important that this address is accurate. If the address in incorrect or incomplete your order may be returned to us, or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery costs which will be added to your order.
